Through its institutional private equity fund platform, Savanna makes real estate investments in the major markets surrounding New York City, Washington, D.C. and Boston, alone or in partnership with other firms, in assets of all types and sizes, and in positions up and down the capital stack on behalf of a broad cross-section of institutional investors, including public and private pension funds, foundations, endowments, banks and wealth management companies.

Typically, Savanna’s equity investments allow for the realization of superior risk-adjusted returns by adding value through intensive asset management and / or property development, redevelopment, and repositioning. Savanna also selectively invests in real estate debt instruments that have the potential to generate equity-like returns, including preferred equity instruments, high-yield bridge and mezzanine loans, and B-notes.
