Thomas Farrell

Associate

Mr. Farrell is an Associate at Savanna where his responsibilities include deal underwriting, asset and project management, and coordinating due diligence. Mr. Farrell joined Savanna in 2008 following four years as an Associate at K. Backus & Associates (KBA), a real estate development consulting firm in New York City. At KBA, Mr. Farrell worked on a wide variety of projects within the Public/Private Partnership division, where he was responsible for the preparation of clients' proposals to government agencies, overseeing other consultants and designers, and coordinating public approval processes. Prior to KBA, Mr. Farrell worked for New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg at City Hall's Office of Operations, which focuses on monitoring and assessing the performance of City Agencies. Mr. Farrell received a BA in Political Science from McGill University and an MS in Real Estate from New York University, where he graduated with honors.
