Kevin Chisholm

Mr. Chisholm is a Principal of Savanna, where he is responsible for acquisitions, underwriting and structuring transactions. Mr. Chisholm joined Savanna in 2006 from Ritchie Capital Management, a $3 billion hedge fund, where he was a Vice President and a founding member of a principal investment group that focused on opportunistic real estate debt and equity transactions. At Ritchie Capital, he both sourced and managed a portfolio of high yield real estate investments. Prior to joining Ritchie Capital, Mr. Chisholm was Co-Founder and CEO of an internet-based media company. Before that, he worked at Credit Suisse as an Equity Research Analyst. Mr. Chisholm received an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and a BA in Political Science from Columbia University.
