Cooper KramerVice PresidentMr. Kramer is a Vice President at Savanna where he is responsible for managing assets in Savanna’s portfolio. Mr. Kramer oversees and coordinates the development, leasing and repositioning of Savanna properties. Mr. Kramer is also involved in acquisition underwriting, financial modeling and deal structuring. Prior to joining Savanna, Mr. Kramer was an Associate Director at Fitch Ratings in the Commercial Mortgage Group. In the Commercial Mortgage Group, Mr. Kramer worked as a deal lead, responsible for rating multi-billion dollar securities backed by commercial real-estate assets. Prior to joining the Commercial Mortgage Group, Mr. Kramer worked in the Residential Mortgage Group at Fitch Ratings, where he was responsible for the rating of over $50 billion of mortgage backed securities. Mr. Kramer received a BA in Economics from Brown University. |
